The Challenge
Real estate buyers in Nepal rely heavily on physical site visits. Convincing them to engage with a property online before visiting required immersive digital experiences beyond static photos.
Our Solution
We integrated Three.js-based 3D floor plan walkthroughs and embedded 360° virtual tour photos. The EMI calculator with Nepal-specific bank loan parameters reduced pre-sales inquiry friction significantly. Lead scoring in the backend helps the sales team prioritize serious buyers.
