Digital Marketing Intern

NepTechPal is hiring a Digital Marketing Intern for our Pokhara office. This is a hands-on role: you will work on live campaigns for our own brand and for client businesses across Nepal, and you will see the numbers your work moves.

What you will do Plan, schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn Write short-form copy, captions and simple ad creatives with our design team Assist with on-page SEO tasks: keyword research, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, content briefs Help set up and monitor Meta and Google Ads campaigns under supervision Pull weekly reports from Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Meta Business Suite, and explain what changed and why Support email and outreach campaigns, and keep the content calendar current Research competitors, local search trends and what is working for similar businesses What we are looking for Running or recently completed a Bachelor's in Marketing, BBA, BIM, Mass Communication or a related field — or a self-taught portfolio that speaks for itself Strong written English and Nepali; you can write a caption that sounds human Working understanding of how Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn actually get used Comfortable with numbers — you are willing to open a spreadsheet and look at what happened Basic familiarity with Canva or any design tool Self-starter who brings ideas rather than waiting for a task list Nice to have Any exposure to Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads Basic SEO knowledge, or a blog / page you have grown yourself Short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush) or basic graphic design What you get Mentorship from our SEO and performance marketing team Real budgets and real clients — your campaigns go live Internship certificate and a letter of recommendation on successful completion Strong possibility of a full-time offer for standout interns A friendly office in Jalpa Road, Pokhara-8, with flexible hours around your college schedule How to apply
