Therefore, we offer a comprehensive time off and vacation policy, including paid time off (PTO) that accrues based on years of service, observed paid holidays, up to 5 days of paid bereavement leave, paid sick leave, maternity/paternity/adoption leave, and the option for unpaid leave on a case-by-case basis. We provide a shared calendar for easy time-off planning, and employees are encouraged to communicate their leave requests in advance to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
